Class Portrait

Members of the Henry J. Stein Class, the latest class of initiates at the Scottish Rite Valley of Northern New Jersey, rally around their Class Sponsor Tuesday evening. This Stated Meeting of New Jersey Consistory was devoted, in part, to presenting these brethren their 32º Diplomas and Membership Jewels.

Those members of the Class not in attendance are encouraged to come to the Valley’s Annual Meeting on May 19 to receive their awards. The Diploma and Jewel are considered the most attractive and popular of Masonic symbols of membership.

Sorry to say this photo of the Class Membership Jewel does not accurately represent the luster of the gold tone or the vibrancy of the red and blue enameling. It’s a much more impressive piece of regalia when seen in person.
